For the past 7 years I have been learning and teaching about our nature as human beings: the experiences in the mind and body and the innate oneness of ourselves and all that is. I am certified as a 300-hour Mindfulness Teacher and 200-hour Yoga Teacher, as well as trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Meditation and Secular Buddhism.
Mindfulness, yoga, and meditation have radically changed my life. Granting me the gifts of self-love, a stable foundation of contentment from which joy easily flows, and the capacity to accept life as it is moment by moment. I am honored, in whatever small way I can, to offer these gifts to others in the hopes of a more beautiful and connected future for us all.
