Josh Dixon, heralding from California was a long-time member of the United States National Team for men’s gymnastics. Dixon was a member of a two-time NCAA championship program at Stanford University, and upon completing undergraduate and graduate studies, took his gymnastics training to the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center to train and compete with the senior national team during the 2012 and 2016 Olympic cycles.
Professionally, while maintaining a competitive schedule for the national team, Dixon contributed to the United States Olympic Committee’s development team under Chief Development Officer, Jon Denny. Upon completing a robust tenure in Olympic sports, Dixon took his competitive skills and talents to the political arena where he played an important role in leading a coordinated campaign in Nevada for a current United States Senator, Catherine Cortez Masto- a hotly contested US Senate race. His political contributions continued as one of her policy advisors on Capitol Hill in Washington DC.
Dixon transitioned from the sphere of public service to the private sector where his expertise in policy has paid dividends to a growing technology firm and plays a critical advisory role to a newly launched consulting and investments group.
In giving back to community and utilizing his platform from athletics, social justice advocacy, and business, Dixon has continued to fund student scholarships to his primary and secondary educational institutions- an effort that has grown into a nonprofit organization and harnesses the power of social media to aid in those efforts. Dixon continues to have an unrelenting passion for sports, travel, entrepreneurship, music, and adventure.
