Vivienne Cunningham, your realtor, that cares about your dreams! Vivienne who many calls “Viv” or “Sarge” not due to her military service but because of her disciplined approach to selling real estate and taking care of her clients. A true entrepreneur who has always put her clients' needs first, was born in Jamaica and possesses the hard work and family values of the Caribbean and lived in New Jersey where she graduated High School before settling in Orlando in 1980. Upon arriving in Orlando, Vivienne took her hard work and family values coupled with the toughness and never quit attitude and started her own business, Speedy Cleaning Services and catered to both residential and commercial cleaning services. Always balancing her career and the needs of her family Viv was recognized in a variety of areas for her company and the quality, reliability, and attention to detail that she has become known for. After 20 years of continuous growth and success with her company Viv sold it at the urging of many of her cleaning clients because of her honor and integrity and family whom she was able to help find homes, many first time buyers. With her experience working in residential homes, Viv decided to pursue her dream of helping other first-time buyers from the Caribbean, veterans, active military, police officers, first responders, teachers etc as well as entrepreneurs to corporate executives. Viv received her real estate license in 2008 and was able to pursue her dream of helping others with their first home and has helped many who were seeking their last home. She has helped buyers/sellers at all price points of housing during her 12 years of real estate always with highest integrity and professionalism. I am excited to be a part of the “My Kulture is Beautiful Campaign” and helping inspire women because of my own journey with achieving the American Dream with home ownership as well as being an entrepreneur. God has put me in a position to help others and I am truly inspired to help women to reach their part of the American Dream. I can be a mentor as I often mentor new agents that enter the field of real estate that want to pursue a real estate career all around the world. I encourage all women to follow their dreams and not just settle in life. If you dream it, you can achieve it. Vivienne volunteers in her community in different non-profit organizations such as Alpha Point, New beginnings & Habitat organizations throughout central Florida feeding the homeless to name a few.
