I have been practicing yoga since 1988 and teaching yoga since 2004. I have studied in India at the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Memorial Institute in Pune, India. I am a certified scoliosis instructor and am registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500. I have been a Certified Meditation Teacher since 2007 and a Reiki Practitioner since 1989. I teach beginners to advanced yoga practitioners and work with individuals who have physical challenges, specifically individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, scoliosis, and amputees.

I am an avid outdoor person, I love to hike and have completed the NE67s (New England's highest mountains), and recently completed the Terrifying 25s (25 most dangerous trails in NH). I am a woodland forager and can tell you many of the edible mushrooms, berries, and plants you can find all around you. I kayak, swim, snorkel and love to photograph wildlife! I love to travel and have spent a lot of time traveling and hiking through India and China.
