Rob Maaddi is a bestselling author, radio and television personality, and dynamic speaker who has covered local and national sports for the world’s largest news organization—The Associated Press—since 2000.
Rob hosts the syndicated “Faith On The Field Show” on 610 ESPN radio in Philadelphia and hosts sports shows on Philadelphia’s 97.5 The Fanatic.
Rob is a Philadelphia-based sports writer/national football writer for AP, a Major League Baseball Hall of Fame voter, and past president of the Philadelphia chapter of the Baseball Writers’ Association of America.
Rob has written or co-written eight books. His latest title, Birds of Pray: The Story of the Philadelphia Eagles’ Faith, Brotherhood, and Super Bowl Victory, was released by Zondervan in August 2018.
Rob has been the featured speaker at numerous churches, men’s conferences and delivered the commencement speech at Cairn University’s 2018 December graduation.
Rob and his wife, Remy, were breakout stars from WE tv’s first season of “Marriage Boot Camp” in 2013. They starred in the “Remy and Rob” spin-off before putting their television careers on hold following the birth of twin girls, Alexia and Melina, in August 2013.
A Philadelphia native, Rob received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers-Camden University and a Master of Journalism from Temple University. He is a member of the Deacons Prison Ministry softball team.
