I currently go to physical therapy 3x a week for my shoulder and hip/glutes/low back and I also go to the chiropractor once a week. Due to physical limitations following an accident, I also set up a small gym at home to work out in - moderate walking on the treadmill and strengthening exercises with bands.
I work from home full-time as a Freelancer and have set up a home office with half of the space dedicated to an "art studio" for when I have some extra downtime. I love filling my office space with color and anything that will make me feel more comfortable, rather than wanting to sit on the couch in front of the TV with my laptop.
I'm a foodie!! I don't cook very often, but love going out to eat and trying new foods.
Lastly, a skincare routine is a must for me. I've always had a few spots of cystic acne for many many years. Some products tend to dry out my skin, so it's always tough trying to find a mix of products (face wash/scrub, toner, moisturizer) that will leave my face looking glowy all day, without the need for makeup.
