8DHD is a neurodivergent creator project built around ADHD, autism and the wonderfully complicated brains in between. I create relatable, funny and honest content that turns everyday neurodivergent experiences into something people can laugh at, learn from and feel understood by.
My content covers everything from executive dysfunction, sensory needs and hyperfocus to relationships, gaming, music, creativity and the strange little things our brains do every day.
Alongside social content, 8DHD creates music, comics, resources and creative projects for the neurodivergent community. I love collaborating with brands and products that genuinely fit my audience, especially sensory products, gadgets, tech, gaming, creative tools, music gear and anything unusual enough to make my brain go “I need to try that.” x
