Nedo Turkovic

During my active football career, I developed a strong interest in management
and player scouting, leveraging the extensive network I built throughout my
years in the sport. My involvement in football management began after
receiving inquiries about players from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkan
region. This led me to pursue a career in player transfers, starting with my first
successful transfers of Enes Šipović to Kerala Blasters (India) and Kerim Memija
from NK Varaždin to HŠK [link-omitted]e then, I have been involved in over 40
player transfers, working both independently and in collaboration with a global
network of managers. I have also been an integral part of Gosport Agency in
Linz, Austria, where I contributed to the agency's success in the international
football [link-omitted]ng played in 12 different countries across three continents
and participated in over 15 foreign trials in locations such as Jordan, Malaysia,
Vietnam, Uzbekistan, and Austria, I possess a deep understanding of the global
football market. My diverse experience has equipped me with valuable insights
into scouting, player evaluation, and transfer negotiations.I am confident that
my extensive network, combined with my knowledge of international markets,
positions me well to assist clubs in identifying and acquiring the right talent to
meet their needs. My versatile background allows me to contribute across
multiple functions within a football organization, offering strategic value in both
scouting and player management.
