Zumba Instructor
I have been a licensed Zumba® Instructor since 2011 and a Group Fitness Instructor since 2016. My goal is to show people that fitness can be fun, especially when you work out in a group setting. I have a passion for leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and proper diet. I was able to lose 40 lbs. by living a healthy lifestyle and am now passionate about helping others reach their fitness and health goals. I lead 30 day Fitness Challenges on Facebook Live every weekday morning at 7:30 am EST.
In addition, I am the creator of a video series called Fitness Fun Friday. Every week I feature a different fitness activity on my YouTube Channel. My goal is to show people that it is fun to stay active if you find something that you love to do.
