I am Michelle Namilit, 35 years old, I've been with BPO Industry for almost 6 years as a Travel Agent with Sitel Philippines. I handled international calls, email, chat and online booking tools, ticketing, and travel itinerary. I have been a promising agent for most of my career years. I am currently working at home as a Medical Transport Interviewer with Richwood Transport with a flexible working schedule. My objective is to ensure my skills and knowledge kept current and attuned to the evolving needs of the business industry. To attain a position that will enable me to use my strong communication and organizational skills, customer service background, travel managing experience and my ability to work well with others. And to secure a good future for my family while providing the best service for those who needed help and deliver what is expected of me.
