Hello and welcome to my Intellifluence page. My name is Krista Shirley and I am Level II Authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher, business owner, entrepreneur, content creator, youtuber, yogini and single mom to an amazing 13 year old boy.
I own The Yoga Shala in Winter Park, Florida, where I run weekly classes. I also teach workshops and retreats locally, nationally and internationally; run [link-omitted]@yogawithkrista, with over 86,000 subscribers; run the [link-omitted]; speak at events; manage [link-omitted]; work with corporate clients; mentor yoga studios; maintain my own yoga practice; and in my free time, I hang out with son and two dogs and volunteer teaching yoga to middle and high schoolers.
