As an Empowerment Mindset Coach, I believe in each one of my client’s dreams and purpose. Empowerment Mindset Coaching is a unique process that empowers you to rise higher in your perspective, to be more emotionally self-aware, and mentally stronger. I brings 20+ years of IT experience and have worked at companies in multiple IT roles. In addition, to my IT career, my entrepreneur spirit led me to pursue managing and operating my own successful business in the Health and Beauty Industry as a Sr. Sales Director, Coach, Mentor, Motivational Speaker, and Trainer. I have a passion for empowering and motivating women to pursue their goals. I am the founder and board member of Voices ofEncouragement, LLC, an organization designed to empower women. I am a certified Goals Success Life Coach as well as a certified Professional Workshop Facilitator. I live my life by the “Golden Rule”, “treat others as you want to be treated”. I use my ability to encourage to work collaboratively as a leader in my community as I serve through community outreach at the Emery Rucker Shelter consulting with women and conducting image makeover sessions, Relay for Life, Former Co-Leader of Girl Scout Troop #8, Former Chairperson and Chaplain of the Heritage Fellowship Church Women Ministry, Stephen Minister (Care Giver) and, I currently serve in my church community as an Instructor in the Christian Education Ministry
