I've had the pleasure of cooking for many celebrities. During my career I've had the great pleasure to work with and learn from award winning chefs Michael Lomonaco, Michael Ronis, Wolfgang Puck, Jason Drysdale and countable others that helped mold my style and career. After many years honing my craft I was able to open Blu Rice Catering & Stonebluapparel in 2017. In 2021 we launched Blu Dogz “Hawaii’s First Italian Hotdog Spot” in the island of Oahu. Currently in the process of launching blu rice barbeque sauce which has been a family secret since the 1800’s.
