I am a Board Member, CEO and Management Consultant with over 30 years board level experience with particular experience in the education, training & workforce deveopment industry.

At board level what I do is help organisations grow. I do that by setting the strategic direction, financial governance and driving innovation.

In an executive capacity I am currently the Founder and Director of Management Consultancy International, an award-winning education and training provider that is part of APM. I am also the Founder and CEO of The Focus Learning Group. Previously, I led an education company that was sold to a listed company on the South African Stock Exchange - Corporate College International.

Finally, I have a Masters Degree and a PhD in English and have been appointed an honorary member of City and Guilds, the largest examining body in the UK, in recognition of my significant involvement in and contribution to vocational training and education. I was awarded Learning and Development Professional of the year by the AITD and am one of the first four master trainers globally of the LEGO Serious Play methodology.
