My wife once said... "I don't mind you ride a motorbike, but you must strive to own a car". That forms the fundamentals of a strong relationship... acceptance and encouragement. 15yrs into happy marriage, I have a lovely condo, a good car... and of course a bike.

Armed with a local degree, I started my working career in 2001 as a management executive with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS), a major airline service provider that required me to manage 180 staff. It was definitely an unprecedented move for me and my previous company to allow a young executive to undertake such big responsibility. “Dare to try, strive to overcome”

For a wonderful 14 years, I love doing property agent work. Both to sell, buy, rent houses, and also to invest in properties myself. I see myself as a sales Producer, sales Mentor, sales Trainer, and Investor.... PMTI in short :)

My most memorable holiday was my car ran over a rock in Taiwan. Car broke down with a boiling radiator in a foreigner land on the highway with 2 young kids at the back of the car. What do we wish for? Help. I got it. Long story.... in short... demonstrated to me the feeling of warmth from a stranger who was willing to help.

My biggest challenge.... to sing... coz I am bad at it, but I would like to overcome it.

My craziest dream... to drive from Singapore to London... learn a new language of the countries I visit along the [link-omitted] maybe sing a local folk song to overcome my challenge of singing badly.
