Hey! My name is Chanah and I am a full time bonus-mom to six kids, and bio-mom to two babies. I'm a food coach and chef, which means whether I'm with clients, or feeding my family of ten, I spend most of my time in the kitchen! With the little time I spend out of the kitchen you'll find me baby-proofing, or trying to organise our house, having dance parties (alone or with my kids), facilitating family-friendly games, and art projects, or inventing new products and ideas! I am known for giving (parenting) advice and being honest and empowered. I lost my hair to alopecia when I was 23, and I look at that event as my wake-up call! Raw food played a huge role in me healing my body and mind and led me on my journey of becoming "Chef Raw Raw" - Your food coach and narrative therapist who is here to inspire, empower and help other women on their journeys!
