HI! I'm Amanda. Just a fitness enthusiast living in the Caribbean in sweet Trinidad and Tobago. I love all things health and beauty, but I became interested in fitness about 10 years ago... Fun fact.. I used to weigh over 200lbs. Eventually I lost over 60lbs and have managed to keep most of it off... in the process I fell in love with fitness.
Now I like to encourage others to follow a similar [link-omitted]cially the pcos girlies, since I have pcos as well.
Although this is my passion, my day job is in the engineering field.
Overall, I love interacting with others and hearing other people's stories.. Aside from helping others with their weightloss, I hope to someday travel the world.
