I am currently the VP of Creative Operations and Integrated Production within the Advertising division of Prudential.
My role not only involves overseeing all facets of production, but I also manage the entire ad operations team. I lead the internal and overseas team on all trafficking initiatives and publisher QA and troubleshooting. I also work collaboratively across the Agency including mapping out content strategies and overseeing content development for partnerships/sponsorships and thought leadership distribution, while partnering with all departments and lines of business to ensure brand cohesiveness.
I work with Strategy to decide KPIs and the overall campaign objectives, work with Analytics to create measurement briefs as well as analyzing reporting metrics, collaborate with the Media team on all planning efforts, and oversee production on social activation ideas. I am also responsible for overseeing budget management for Operations, Media, and Production.
I manage the production studio, creative resources and junior designers, and ensure that we maintain our visual identity and brand standards while still being innovative. I have been instrumental in implementing a digital framework and IA/UX within the Agency and have a solid understanding of user-centered design processes.
Along with that, I have also led the charge to design, build, and roll-out Agency-wide workflow and digital asset management software, while managing day-to-day Creative and Marketing operations.
I have a solid background in digital and creative operations, online advertising, media partnerships and content development, and process development and implementation. I love helping companies build out their offering and take pride in finding the best talent and growing a team. I am also a very approachable department head, a great mentor, and a brand steward.
