Next to Spin Soccer is my second love! There is nothing I crave more than being on the field and being part of a team that moves together. When I’m not in the spin studio you can catch me running 2 adult coed soccer teams.

Music is in my soul and teaching spin is the best outlet! Seeing how a group of people is motivated by the same music, at the same time…[link-omitted]e really is nothing like it. The energy that comes from the music and how that fuels each of us to feed off of each other in the studio is the best feeling. Being a spin instructor has been one of my greatest accomplishments and has helped me achieve the healthiest the body I have ever had.
