I’m a versatile trainer with 7 years of experience in strength and conditioning, transformation weight loss, bodybuilding, speed and agility. Throughout the years I’ve worked with people of all different ages and helped them to achieve their goals. I am certified by the international Sports Sciences Association(ISSA) as well as a CPR/AED certified. I currently hold a degree in Kinesiology and health from Georgia State University.
