DJ TYSON KOTS, A Disc Jockey for years on in locally has stepped it up these last few years as a household name on the scene. He has worked with some of the game’s heavy hitters from mixtapes, tour dates and club appearances. No question whether or not is hear to stay. Where does his fuel for the uncanning drive stem from? DJ Tyson, Is represented by the struggle that each and every young black male endures on the road to success. He has escaped the parallels of the ‘street life’ putting all positive effort into his passion for music. Along the way he has been able to create positive paths for others through his, AMG Movement, imprint. As well, he has become the role model of the youth, taking initiative through mentoring all youth via, Project Elevation, a non profit geared towards helping the youth chase their dreams. He currently attends, Norfolk State University, with a focus in Mass Communication.
