Jessica James is the author of 11 award-winning novels and is a seasoned military and travel writer. Her historical fiction and military suspense novels have been used in schools and are available in hundreds of libraries including Harvard and the U.S. Naval Academy. She also writes Southern Women's Fiction, and won the 2020 John Esten Cooke Award for Southern Fiction for her 2019 novel Lacewood. This small-novel is also a Finalist in the Greater Detroit RWA Booksellers Best Award contest, as well as the HOLT Medallion Contest. Jessica is a major supporter of the U.S. military and denotes a portion of her book earnings to veterans organizations.
