Activism and mental health awareness are very important to me. People should have the right to choose what makes them happy in life, even more so when the choice is a healthier lifestyle. In today's world any activity that brings joy should be embraced such as eating healthier, exercise, or a hobby. Perhaps you enjoy looking at/or taking photo's or video, gardening, or into the outdoors? Personally I love nature, hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding, turning wrenches, and creating new things. My goals in life are to help as many and as often as I can that are struggling to find peace and happiness
