It's okay to not understand something, especially if it was never taught to you. The irony when it comes to mental and physical health is that most people believe they should already have the answers (probably because it's important to understand your own body), and yet, that insecurity keeps them from getting help for something they feel like they should know about.
The purpose of Tej's Classroom is far greater than just being good at using a gym. It's about finally feeling free in your own body regardless of if you're 10 years old, or 80.
