Saul Maldonado started his earthly journey faced with having to overcome death and a rough first year of life. Born in Mexico D.F. he migrated to the United States for a better life with his family at the tender age of three.

Being raised in the tough streets of South Los Angeles he adopted the nickname “Necio”, where making the right choices didn’t always come easy and bad influences were found all around him. After a few run-ins with the law, he remembered the purpose of coming to the states wasn’t to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Ever since overcoming the street life, he has been dedicated to motivating & encouraging the youth to pursue positive, productive paths.

His public startum was his feature in VARLA Magazine at the end of 2006. Since then he has worked with top sought out photographers.

Once known as Stubborn4life in the tattoo, lowrider, music, and promotions industries along with social networking sites, he decided to create a brand for those that, just like him, have overcome many obstacles to come out on top. Stubborn4Life brand along with the slogan “It’s not an attitude, it’s a way of life”, is dedicated to those with an “I CAN” mentality.
