I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Professional Life Coaching. My business is Victory From Chaos and I work with incarcerated citizens and their loved ones. I advocate for those who are innocently incarcerated to help with their release. Currently, I am writing a book about the justice system. I cohost a radio show between 2 to 3 times weekly. I love strength training and yoga. I believe greatly in the benefit derived from meditation as well. When having the opportunity, I enjoy traveling. I'm always up for something new and challenging.
