I’m here to help you along your Human & Organizational Performance journey.

I am father, a significant other, and a friend - first and above all else. I’m also a betterment evangelist, an author, a speaker, a safety professional, organizational culture geek, and HOP Nerd I first discovered Human & Organizational Performance during the early formative years of my career working as a safety professional in commercial nuclear generation. As I continued my career in fossil and nuclear generation, in various safety and human performance roles supporting large scale utility contractors, and later working directly for utilities, I dove deeper and grew a greater understanding of what has now become my passion, obsession and purpose - helping to evolve as many organizations as I possibly can towards Human & Organizational Performance.
