Holi, amigui! Hello, friend!
My name is Samantha (better known as Sam) and I am a born and raise New Yorker who moved to Ecuador to keep my family together. After over 30 years in the US, my husband was deported in December of 2020. I share what our life looks like as we rebuild our entire lives in a new country. I share my struggles about being far from family, making a new place feel like home and learning a new language as an adult. We also have a young daughter who we love to travel with and make new memories.
