Hello! My name is Samantha Gallant, I’m a trans woman living in the state of Maine and I am passionate about beauty, wellness and transgender and human rights - using my social media platforms to create content that empowers others and fosters inclusivity. Through makeup tutorials, skincare routines, and personal stories, I’ve built a community where trans voices are heard, and authenticity is celebrated. My goal is not just to share beauty tips, but to help others embrace their true selves and feel empowered in expressing their identities.
I began my transition in my teens and, like many others, I faced the challenge of finding representation that felt real and relatable. Growing up, I didn’t see many trans people in beauty spaces or on social media, and it made me feel disconnected from the narratives around beauty that I was exposed to. That lack of representation inspired me to start creating content that reflected my experiences and challenged traditional ideas of beauty. I wanted to show others that beauty is not confined to one standard—it’s a personal, transformative journey, and it can be for everyone, no matter how they identify.
My platform focuses heavily on makeup, skincare, and beauty for gender expression. I share everything from everyday routines to more creative, bold looks. I’ve always believed that beauty is a tool for self-expression, and for me, makeup has played a huge role in both my personal transformation and my confidence. I also focus on issues specific to the transgender community, such as how to navigate makeup during transition, dealing with changing skin and hair, and offering tips for self-care during the ups and downs of transitioning. Beauty, for me, isn’t just about how we look on the outside—it’s about how we feel on the inside, and I want to encourage others to embrace their uniqueness in every way.
Beyond beauty, I’m deeply committed to advocating for transgender rights. I use my platform to raise awareness about issues like healthcare access, legal recognition, and the fight for trans equality. I speak openly about my own journey, from hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to navigating societal expectations, so that others might feel less alone in their own experiences. I’m not afraid to be vulnerable because I believe it’s important for people to see that no one’s journey is perfect—and that’s okay. Perfection isn’t the goal; authenticity is.
Being transparent about my own struggles and triumphs has helped me connect with a wide range of people, and I’m proud of the safe space I’ve cultivated for others to share their stories. It’s amazing to see how a community can form through shared experiences, where we all encourage each other to be ourselves, unapologetically.
I’m also active in supporting trans causes and collaborating with other creators who share my passion for advocacy and inclusion. Whether it’s participating in campaigns or donating to trans-focused organizations, I try to use my platform to amplify voices that need to be heard.
In everything I do, I strive to break down barriers—whether it’s challenging beauty standards or advocating for trans rights—and to show the world that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and validated, exactly as they are. Through my content, I hope to inspire others to embrace their identities, challenge societal expectations, and live with confidence and pride.
