My name is Rory Mitchell, let me introduce you to my journey in a short story. Born and raised in Canada as I bring much devoted time to share my passion in health and fitness for 7+ years as a certified Personal Trainer. With a wealth of knowledge in the industry and pivoting to help build better lives within the community. I have given my time to dedicate with several individuals. With this just said I continued to bring more direct focus on expanding my skills and became a fully certified life coach through Extreme Execution which was facilitated through Dr. Eric Thomas.

I personally aim to bring elite mindset coaching, from avenues through mental health, fitness and more importantly create a world of abundance when it comes being a content creator and chasing choosing your passion. With facilitating a podcast for 4.5 years as the Host of the Mitchell Report Unleashed Podcast my aim to provide teachable interviews curated to give you the tools to succeed.
