Richa Singh

Richa, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, has a diverse multi-functional as well as a multi-cultural experience . She is the country CFO for Mars- Wrigley India, and has worked as Business Head for Philips Healthcare@Home and Niine Pvt Ltd, and as CFO for Philips , Consumer, J&J Medical ASEAN , having had strong innings also at P&G and Coca- Cola; in India and in International regional roles encompassing ASEAN. Australia and Japan. In her last stint, she lead a start up Niine- in feminine hygiene space for 3 years, taking the company to 8-12% market share in several states within 3 years of launch.
At a very young age, she has also been on the board of prestigious P&G's joint venture
in Malaysia- FPG, and takes pride in having turned around, lead transformations or accelerated business. She has always been passionate about driving results, finding solutions and make things happen. Richa has worked across a diverse set of categories and industries including Healthcare , Consumer Durables , FMCG , Professional Hair care brand, Pet Nutrition , Snacks and Chocolates .

Richa also enjoys coaching and mentoring young management talent, and has been a industry speaker and guess faculty at several institutions including National University of Singapore, SDA Bocconni, IIT, and a few IIMs in India. She herself invests in ongoing learning, by picking up new age know how from young talent, reading and on going training. She completed her Accelerated Development Program from Wharton Business School , 3 years back.
Richa is a mother of boisterous yet adorable 10 year old twin boys Arun and Varun, and is blessed with company and support of her parents and a less abled sister, who live with her.
