Rebeccah Landerholm is a Seattleite passionate about sustainability and human rights advocacy. She dreamt up her non-profit, The Landerholmstead, in 2015 while pursuing her Permaculture Design Certificate from Bastyr University. In addition to running her non-profit, she is currently a stay-at-home mom to a special needs son & identical twin girls. She has trained and worked as a chef in high-end, farm-to-table kitchens. In her free time, she loves inexpensive travel, cooking, recipe development, photography, and working in her garden.
