I grew up in a society where physical appearance is the most “valuable asset” a woman can have, I always strived to reach the beauty standards set forth by my society.
The fitness industry is missing empathy, and I’m here to say NO to unrealistic beauty standards, NO to fad diets, NO to misinformation, and NO to negativity.
