My name is Peta-Gay Barrett and I am a certified personal trainer and certified fitness nutrition specialist. My mission is to improve women's quality of life through fitness and nutrition. I focus on creating customized workouts and dietary guidelines to fit my clients individual needs. I am a former all American college athlete and represented my birth country of Jamaica in track and field. As a professional working in corporate America, I can also relate to work-life balance challenges we all experience while trying to maintain a healthy life.
