Dr. Om J Lakhani is a Consultant Endocrinologist working at Zydus Hospital in Ahmedabad. His qualifications include DNB Endocrinology from the top DNB training institute Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi and MD and MBBS from the prestigious Maharaja Sayajirao university of Baroda. He has an outstanding academic record with the President NBE, Gold Medal in Endocrinology, five gold medals in MBBS and two gold medals in MD Medicine examination. Dr. Lakhani is considered one of the top young Endocrinologist by the Endocrinology community of India. He was the winner of the celebrated Endocrine society of India –Young scholar award (ESI-TYSA) and has also won the coveted ‘AV Gandhi Award for excellence in Endocrinology research’ during his training career.
