Olga Hamilton is one of the U.K’s leading Nutritional Therapists, a TEDx speaker and an expert in the use of biodata to create highly personalised nutrition programmes. She passionately believes in the power of nutrition and the effect it has on every aspect of our health and wellbeing. Her approach is thorough and science based, applying the latest research and advances in the field of nutrition, nutrigenomics, nutrigenetics and functional medicine.
Olga works with highly complex biodata to identity imbalances within the body and rebalance them through highly targeted nutritional interventions. This offers her clients a truly personalised approach to their health and wellbeing.
She practices privately in Harley street clinic in London and specialises in digestive disorders, weight management, hormonal imbalances, complex cases, anti-ageing and skin conditions.
Olga also works at an award-winning international luxury health and wellness retreat company, designs and delivers corporate wellness programmes and consults catering companies.
Olga graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, and is now studying for an MSc in Nutritional Medicine at the University of Surrey. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and is currently working on her thesis.
She is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and is also registered with the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the only register for Nutritional Therapy recognised by the Department of Health, and abide by their strict codes of ethics and practice.
