Nermine Mansour is the founder and owner of the food blog [link-omitted], where she shares recipes of her Egyptian food heritage.
A former diplomat who is now a food writer and content creator, Nermine uses her diplomatic skills and in-depth knowledge of Egyptian cuisine to place her food heritage at the forefront of the world culinary map.
Within the last two decades, Nermine has lived in nine different cities across five continents, including Cairo, Guatemala, Algiers, Paris, Washington D.C., and Yeravan. During her latest adventure in Singapore, Nermine hosted cooking shows, developed food content for digital platforms, and hosted Egyptian and Mediterranean pop-up dinners.
Nermine is a recurrent contributor to Serious Eats (Dash Meredith Brand) and her work has been featured in The New York Times, Cuisine and Wine Asia, and on Colors Asia Pacific Channel.
She is currently based in Alexandria, VA, where she is writing her first cookbook. When Nermine is not testing or shooting recipes, she is spending her free time gardening, reading/listening self-help and business books, or advocating for women's well being on her social media channels.
