Muscleroutine

We are a team which consists out a Nutrionist, Physiotherapist and a Mechanical Engineer.
As a team we all three have an ambition within sports, especially fitness and kickboxing
We like to motivate, guide and inspire other people. We are doing this within the gym and with social media.

With our interests in sports and our background we are interested in reviewing;

- Gymtools (e.g. belts, push up bars etc.)
- Supplements (Preworkouts, Postworkouts, Vitamins, Fishoil etc)
- Meals (Postmeals, Premeals)
- Gymapparel
