Now when you stop laughing at the name I’ll tell you how it came to be! When I first stopped working people would ask me, “what are you going to do now”? I would jokingly tell them I was going to start writing a blog about our life with older children and was going to call this blog, Older Mommy Still Yummy.
Well, my joke became reality and Older Mommy Still Yummy was born! I live in Atlantic Canada, have been married for many years to an amazing man (my Older Mommy Still Yummy partner) and together we have two grown children.
In my “other life” I was an Operating Room Registered Nurse in a fast-paced regional hospital. My life is now less structured and since staying home, I have very quickly become addicted to blogging and social media! We love to write about our adventures with food, recipes, health issues, travel and life in general. We hope you will join us as we head out on yet another fun adventure!
