The first is a dedicated video with an associated ad buy. This guarantees views and exposure (the “rocket chair” video is a good example of this: [link-omitted]). We filmed the video for the show, and using a portion of the fees guaranteed 10,000 views either through earned media or paid promotion. This video has since gotten around 35,000 views. This is an option if you would like to explore it. The second is a “shout-out” (for instance: [link-omitted]). This is more for brand awareness and is also very effective for driving large numbers of customers to something that they would not otherwise consider. We found that using multiple video is a key to this success. In that promotion for instance with BuddyPal, we guaranteed 100,000 views and that promotion has now gotten far over three quarters of a million views across all the videos.
