Maria Odugba, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Once weighing over 400 pounds, Maria set out on a journey to better her health, but found a passion she didn’t know she had. Sharing her journey on social media has given her a large platform to share her story and she has lost over 130 pounds! She graduated with her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and began working with clients to reach their goal.
