Hello! I work as an outdoor educator, sea kayaking instructor, and trekking guide. My line of work allows me to travel frequently, and often puts me in very picturesque locations. I do a lot of camping, hiking, canoeing, climbing, kayaking, and photographing. While doing those things, I also try to create some easy, healthy meals to share with others.
