My experience with and passion for older adults led me to create 50Plus-Today, an online lifestyle publication designed to provide inspiration and a community for the 50+ population.

My employment history is varied with a 1st career in healthcare where my practice was primarily with seniors. As a communications professional,I've worked extensively with clients in DFW targeting older adults and their adult children. In 2016, after caring for elderly parents for 10 years, one with a mobility disorder, I built a mostly accessible vacation home 2 hrs from Dallas, complimented by an online magazine rating nearby venues for accessibility marketed to seniors and their caregivers in DFW.
