Len Allen spent over 30 years in the corporate worlds of retail, television, radio, and newspaper. The last 7 years of his “first career” were spent running in-house advertising agencies for large companies. Len’s “second career” has been in ministry. He served as Senior Pastor to churches in Dallas and El Paso, Texas and as the Adult Ministries Assistant at Silverdale Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Len has been married over 47 years and has lived and worked in Hawaii, California, South Dakota, Tennessee, New Mexico, and Texas and Utah. He has written two books, “Unemployed: Life in the Wilderness – A Practical Guide to Living with Unemployment” and “Why the Wise Men Came to Christmas” a fresh look at the Christmas story and is in the final stages of writing another. Currently Len is focusing on his YouTube channel: "Bible Study With Friends: Tips and Tools" with a goal of showing and growing a passion for studying God's word. He is interested in any Bible study tools, Books, study Bibles, and products for marking and understanding the Bible.
