My goal is to create "savable" content that's useful and valuable to my audience. My tutorials are my most-saved types of posts and many of them regularly receive over 3k saves.
I am thrilled to share the knowledge I've learned along my own journey. I am not naturally flexible and I have had to work hard to nail my handstand, get my splits, and learn a wheel. I love seeing my followers try out my tips and improve their own practices.
