HI there, I'm Lara Mezni and I have over 15+ years or experience working as a leader, mentor, coach and influencer. I have a YouTube Channel Career Coach Lara - where I help anyone who is looking to improve their career path, building their resume, practicing interview questions, confidence coaching, Leadership and overall boosting their desire to be the best version of themselves. I have spoken at various forums and on stage for confidence coaching and building attainable career seminars for managers to increase productivity within their companies. I have attended women in leadership mentoring and awards ceremony promoting strong entrepreneurial woman achieve exciting milestones in their careers. I am currently on maternity leave and a mama of 2 kids under 3, trying to balance mom life and doing a side hustle on something I am so passionate about. I have a large following on my LinkedIn profile and constantly contacted for help in the areas I mentioned. I give honest, constructive and motivating feedback in any spectrum. I like to always stay positive; I am a hard worker and very family oriented. I am currently working on my eBook about success in every angle of life between mom life and work life and now YouTuber life. I started YouTube to inspire and really reach out to anyone of any profession who is looking for guidance, not just the corporate world. I am learning new technology platforms to bring up my creative side in building content online, and merging music and animation. I have worked and lived in over 9 cities which includes lots of packing, organizing, decorating, adapting, trying different restaurants, grocery stories and products to fit my lifestyle. I am a home owner in an urban city where I have a SUV and strap my kids in their car seats and visit parks and try to find ways to keep them entertained with at-home crafts, coloring, building toys and watching lots of movies through different subscriptions.
