My name is Lacy Estelle (Curtis), and I am the writer of [link-omitted] (Mothering the Storm), which is a blog all about ADHD Parenting for the ADHD Adult. I primarily talk about ways to help mothers and fathers cope with the stress of raising ADHD kids or neurodivergent children while also struggling with their own ADHD as well. We talk about things like kid entertainment, learning struggles, homework struggles but also self-care and faith. In the adult sections I talk about learning to have self discipline and how taking care of yourself has to be one of the most important things when it comes to coping well with ADHD. I also touch on Anxiety and the role it plays in ADHD, as well as how ADHD plays roles in all of my relationships and career choices.
