My daily duties include nutrition assessment, intervention and education to both adult and pediatric patients. I also do individual nutrition counselling and public speaking on different platforms such as radio, magazines, social media etc.
I am extremely passionate about nutrition education for the general population as I have identified the lack thereof and misconceptions about nutrition in my community. I believe in incorporating known foods and products and also new products to my clients to make healthy lifestyle a reality for them.
