Julius Hearn

My name is Dr. Julius “Ju” Hearn. I am the founder and owner of (360 Active Recovery LLC) a Chicago based facility that deals with overall health and wellness. (Recharge Athletics LLC) helps professional athletes at the NBA, NFL, and MLB level stay in shape and help with injury prevention. (High IQ Academy 501c3) Helps student-athletes at the elementary, high school, and college level do better academically, give insight on proper nutrition, inspire and encourage the younger generations through leadership.

My background and experience as a doctor of physical therapy and sports performance as well Chinese medicine I’ve been in the industry for eight plus years now. I also am a nutritionist and licensed clinical massage therapist. So I believe in being well rounded and I love to help people reach their full potential regardless if they are an elite athlete, an everyday athlete, stay at home mom/dad, or just an individual looking to make healthier decisions. My educational background and the business that I own speak for my passion that I have to help all people. I see hundreds/thousands of people every week that are clients/patients and I’ve worked with countless others.
