I have been exercising and into fitness my entire life. I am currently a chiropractor that promotes “Winning Moments” how to live your life and do everything you do in a day, in a way that promotes the healthy lifestyle you desire.(how you sleep, mattress, pillow, shoes, chairs, couches, workstations, exercise equipment, foods to [link-omitted]ything you do in a day). I also make exercise and stretching videos, utilize exercise equipment to show people you can exercise anywhere and that doing something is doing a lot for your health. I have written a book called Winning Moments that takes a person through every hour of their day,. It looks at each activity we perform and how to utilize them for better health. I have documented a 30 day vegan challenge where I made shakes and meals and talked about my experience.
